Introduction to Amaya

In 2004 we opened the pioneering Michelin-starred Amaya pitched-perfectly in the heart of patrician Belgravia to offer a unique concept in cutting-edge Indian food from ingredients to presentation. It is enticingly avant-garde with its prolific variety of bite-sized flame-grilled ingredients, all cooked on view with dramatic appeal, in a profusion of awesome Eastern flavours.

It is rooted in age-old cooking traditions delivering taste sensations that take you beyond your expectations in a sublime setting that oozes alluring culinary drama. We have the widest fine dining grill selection in the UK.

Established in 1990 in London’s fashionable Chelsea, Chutney Mary relocated to St. James’s Street SW1 in 2015, in the heart of London's West End. The restaurant redefines quintessential Indian cuisine - bringing together authentic flavours, reinterpreting traditional recipes, applying innovative techniques, and adding world-class presentation.

The sleek new Chutney Mary blends contemporary chic with references to Chutney Mary's past in a glamorous yet timeless setting.
